Rukan's townhouses and apartments can book a laundry pickup, from 10 am to midnight.
Rukan is a Reportage Properties community in Wadi Al Safa 7, Dubailand, near Arabian Ranches. Gulf News puts Rukan Lofts at about 654 townhouses on 2.6 million sq ft, more than 70 per cent of it kept as open and green space, and Rukan Tower at about 488 studios and one- to three-bedroom flats. Some Lofts homes have just one bedroom, which is rare for a townhouse.
