Laundry and dry cleaning in City Walk
City Walk residents can leave laundry and dry cleaning at the lobby on any day, from 10 am to midnight; we take it away and bring it back cleaned and pressed.
City Walk is a partly pedestrianised shopping, dining and living precinct by Meraas inside the Al Wasl community, close to Al Safa Road, Al Wasl Road and Sheikh Zayed Road. It opened to the public in February 2016 and covers more than 900,000 m², built in two phases. The Coca-Cola Arena, The Green Planet bio-dome and Canadian University Dubai are all here, along with a smart police station opened in 2017.
Its homes are mid-rise apartment buildings such as Celadon, Myrtle and Viridian. Give us your building name and apartment when booking. Around it we also cover Al Wasl (1.5 km), Jumeirah (1.5 km) and DIFC (1.7 km).
Say your City Walk building, Celadon 2 or Viridian for instance, and choose a time.
Step 2: We collect
We meet you at your building's lobby on the walk; a quick count, then the bill.
Step 3: Back in 24 hours
Clothes come back to the lobby pressed, folded or on hangers.
1. Book in 30 seconds Pick a time on our booking form or send us a WhatsApp message. No call, no waiting.
2. Collected at your door Our driver collects from your door, lobby or villa gate, from 10 am to midnight, every day.
3. Straight into our van Your bag goes into our van and comes straight to us.
4. Checked and counted We check every piece and its care label, count it, and send you the count with the bill. You pay after the count.
5. Washed and pressed Each piece is cleaned the way its care label says, then pressed, folded or hung.
6. Back at your door Your clothes come back in 24 hours. Not right? We clean it again for free.
